Our flatbed trucks run throughout Western NY State, Southern Ontario, the Detroit metro area, Central and Western Michigan, Northwest Indiana and the Chicago metro area.

Ficel's OTR flatbed steel drivers are home every weekend and some are 

home every other night. To qualify, OTR drivers must have the following:

​

• Class A CDL

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Reasonably clean MVR and PSP

• The ability to enter Canada (Buffalo and Michigan terminals only - Canada not required for Indiana terminal)

• Doubles endorsement (drivers can apply wihout it but must obtain it prior to start date)

Ficel maintains local fleets out of all 4 terminals. Local flatbed steel driving opportunities do come up often throughout the year at Ficel. Our local drivers typically work Monday thru Friday and are home every day. To qualify, local drivers must have the following:

• Reasonably clean MVR and PSP
